Who am I?
Hello!
My name is Tim (he/him).
I am a husband, father,
pastor, musician, baker,
knitter, labyrinth facilitator, pizza maker, bicycle-r, and all-around love-to-learn-new-things-er.
I grew up in the Midwest and have lived in Iowa, Michigan, New York, Germany, and Italy. I currently reside on Long Island with my spouse and 2 daughters.
I am committed to hospitality, which I describe as: Treating someone like they belong, before they belong, until they belong. (A phrase I cannot take credit for, but wish I could!)
Ultimately, I believe my primary calling in life is to accompany, equip, and support individuals and communities as they journey toward a deeper, richer, and increasingly-illumined experience of life on this side of death. I believe the human animal is a unique combination of mind, body, spirit, and circumstance; my calling is to help people curate all four of those aspects in an integrated, trauma-informed, affirming way that leads toward increasing wholeness and fullness.

What do I do?
My private sessions are usually "coaching" sessions - they are not therapy. Nor are they necessarily spiritual direction (though, as an ordained and experienced pastor, if you would like to take your sessions in that direction, I am willing and able to do that).
I bring a unique background in multiple modalities and traditions as well as over 2 decades of experience as a pastor, coach, spouse, parent, musician, and friend to help you clarify and reach your goals.
Whether you are interested in a personal coaching, HeartMath training, or simply need someone to walk with you as you figure out this stage of your journey of becoming a healthier, more hopeful, holistic human being, let's talk!
Our time together may include talking, labyrinth use, sound bathing, HeartMath, hypnosis or any combination of these and other modalities. Whatever we decide, every session is about you. I never offer generic coaching - doing so wouldn't be worth your time or mine.
We can meet virtually (by Zoom) or in person, depending on your location and the modalities used during a session.
