  • Exploring Yourself Through Archetypes - There are dozens, perhaps hundreds, of archetypes, but many people find it helpful to explore the four most basic (Warrior, Lover, Magician, and Sovereign).  Each of us connects to these archetypes in different ways - some helpful and others not.

  • Exploring Your Religious History - Many of us have "complicated" relationships with our religious past that make it particularly difficult to fully care for our spiritual sides.  Unfortunately, religious "professionals" are often incapable or unwilling to participate in these explorations in a safe, non-judgmental, non-defensive way.

  • Exploring Forgiveness - Forgiveness does not mean forgetting or absolving people of the consequences of their actions.  You can choose to forgive because of who you are in order to be a healthier you.  We will explore what that looks like, even in situations where someone does not deserve forgiveness or believe they have done anything wrong.

  • Exploring the Labyrinth - Labyrinths transcend any individual tradition or culture.  Many people find the labyrinth to be a "safe place" to explore themselves and their inner lives.  Learn about their use and try it out for yourself. For more information, see my labyrinth introductory page.

Remember, you are not limited to these topics!

Coaching is about you.  We can start with one focus and move swiftly to another as you see fit.

What is Springboard Coaching?

I offer a number of Springboard Coaching opportunities based on my unique experience and expertise.

Springboard Coaching does not work off of a preset program or curriculum.  It is simply a topical springboard to help us get started.

In most cases, our journey together is best imagined in four to six session stages.  Each session will last approximately an hour.  Together, we will discern what you need, what you want, and how to help you more fully live into your potential.  Like on a hike or a pilgrimage, you may decide it's good for us to journey together for a single stage or multiple.

Here are some examples of Focused Coaching topics you may be interested in:

  • HeartMath - HeartMath techniques are highly-researched, simple, and in-the-moment.  They will help you develop mind/body coherence,  stress reduction, holistic well-being, and increased resilience.

  • Exploring Your Whole Humanity - Humans are a unique combination of mind, body, and spirit.  Most people have never taken the time to explore what it means to have and care for each of these parts in a way that leads to healthy wholeness.
